FERM is a Dutch producer of hand power tools. Our company PROMA CZ s.r.o. is the exclusive importer of the FERM hand power tools for the Czech Republic.

FERM Company Development
The foundation and development of the FERM company is a classic example of achieving success using a good idea for enterprise with enough courage.
The FERM Company was founded in 1965 and in 2005, it already had 145 employees. Besides the central in the Dutch town of Zwolle and the business representatives in several further European countries, FERM also has an equal branch with 45 employees in Shanghai – FERM GLOBAL.
Every year, about 2,500 containers with hobby tools of the FERM brand go to specialised shops, households, and large shopping centres and supermarkets in Europe, Australia, Ukraine, and several other countries. In an effort for constant improvement , FERM accepts still new and new challenges. Millions of satisfied customers around the globe are the evidence of the success of the FERM company, who rely to the tools of this brand in various hobby activities.

FERM was one of the first importers of hobby tools, who verified the possibilities of production of goods in China – a country belonging to the fastest growing economies in the world.
Since 1992, FERM has its own company in China - FERM GLOBAL, which is an equal branch of the Dutch central. Thanks to the excellent relationships with China, FERM is capable of guaranteeing the very good quality of the tools for the corresponding price.
